Plan times to go outside at the time of day that is coolest, such as earlier in the mornings. Those of us in Arizona get to enjoy all the seasons and when it gets too hot in one city, we can drive a few hours to a different location that is less hot and has plenty of outdoor activities to increase our mood. We have the option to float the rivers or lakes, go paddleboarding or kayaking, ride ATV’s, go horseback riding, go for a hike in the mountains, sit outside and read, and much more.
