You work hard each day and stay on top of your lengthy to do list. Yet, your career seems stalled and you receive little recognition for your efforts. Maybe it’s time for you to become more goal oriented at work.

Simply put, that means clarifying your direction and strengthening your sense of purpose. When you have specific objectives you’re striving to reach, you’re likely to be more focused and productive.
