As a Licensed Associate Counselor with a passion for holistic wellness, I merge the art of counseling with the transformative power of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. Graduating from Grand Canyon University with a masters in Clinical mental health counseling and being a proud member of the American Counseling Association, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide you through life’s challenges.

Embarking on the therapeutic journey can feel daunting, yet within my practice, I cultivate a nurturing and safe environment where you can explore, grow, and evolve. With a focus on adolescents, teens, and adults, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, empowering you to overcome obstacles and embrace your inner strength.
